Graphenstone paint is produced from 100% natural lime made in wood burning kilns, sourced this way since the mid-nineteenth century.
The lime in the paint absorbs carbon dioxide (CO2) from the air, turning it into a solid form. This process lasts about 30 days after the paint is applied.
Graphene in the paint enhances strength, uniformity, and flexibility, while improving conductivity and toughness – increasing durability and efficiency, meeting modern demands for sustainable coatings.
Today, nearly 95% of the global paint market uses plastic-based paints, which reached 44.4 million tons in 2019.
Let’s keep plastic out of the ocean and eliminate it and harmful chemicals from paint!
